How we make this list: we compare pricing pages, product documentation and public user reviews. Ratings come from G2, Capterra or Trustpilot, with the date we checked them.
Key takeaways
- White labeling is rarely free at the entry tier. SE Ranking sells it as a $69/month Agency Pack on annual billing, Sendible sells it as an add-on on its Elite and Enterprise plans, and SocialPilot only includes white label reports from its Premium plan up.
- AgencyAnalytics and DashThis include custom domains, custom sender email and full branding on every plan, which makes them the simplest picks if branded client reporting is the main goal.
- HighLevel is the only tool here built to be resold as your own software, with SaaS Mode and usage rebilling on the $497/month Agency Pro plan.
- Pricing models differ more than features do. AgencyAnalytics charges per client, Swydo per data source, DashThis per dashboard and BrightLocal per location, so the cheapest tool depends on how your client roster is shaped.
- Every tool on this list offers a free trial, and none of them offers a permanently free plan with white labeling.

The best white label marketing software for agencies
Starting price$97/month (Starter, 3 sub-accounts)
Free planFree trial (14 days)
HighLevel is the pick for agencies that want clients to log into "their" marketing platform rather than a reporting portal. It replaces a CRM, funnel builder, email and SMS tool, booking calendar and review manager, and HighLevel's own FAQ says you can white-label the desktop web app so clients see your logo when they log in. The Starter plan covers 3 sub-accounts, Unlimited ($297/month) removes that cap, and Agency Pro ($497/month) adds SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation and rebilling of phone and email usage with your own markup.
That last part sets it apart: SaaS Mode turns the platform into a product line you sell, not just a toolset.
The catch is scope and cost creep. Phone numbers, texts, emails and premium AI are billed on usage, and add-ons such as the branded client portal app ($49/month per sub-account) or a white label mobile app ($497/month) add up quickly.
What we like- Unlimited contacts and users on every plan
- CRM, funnels, email, SMS, reviews and social in one login
- Month-to-month with no long-term contract
Watch out for- Usage fees for SMS, calls, email and AI sit on top of the subscription
- The white label mobile app is a separate $497/month add-on
#2AgencyAnalytics
Best for: Branded client reporting that scales one client at a time4.7/5 on
G2 (463 reviews, checked Oct 2026)
Visit agencyanalytics.com
Starting price$20 per client/month (billed annually)
Free planFree trial (14 days, no credit card)
AgencyAnalytics has simplified its pricing to a single core plan billed per client, and nearly everything an agency needs for white labeling comes with it. Each client gets a white-labeled portal, and branding options listed on the pricing page include your logo, color scheme, client branding, a custom domain and custom email. Unlimited staff accounts mean you are not paying per seat as the team grows.
The strength is predictability. If you manage 12 clients on annual billing, you pay for 12 clients, regardless of how many data sources each one connects.
The weakness is the flip side of that model. An agency with 60 small local clients who each need one simple report may find per-source or per-dashboard pricing cheaper elsewhere. The AI Tracker for brand visibility in AI engines is also a paid add-on, listed at $20.83/month.
What we like- Custom domain, custom email, logo and color scheme included on the core plan
- Unlimited data sources, reports and staff accounts
- 85+ marketing integrations
Watch out for- Per-client billing gets expensive for agencies with many small accounts
- Volume discounts start at 25+ clients and require talking to sales
#3SE Ranking
Best for: SEO agencies that want a branded SEO platform, not just reports4.7/5 on
G2 (1,606 reviews, checked Oct 2026)
Visit seranking.com
Starting price$103.20/month (Core, billed annually) plus $69/month Agency Pack
Free planFree trial (14 days)
If your agency sells SEO first and everything else second, SE Ranking gives you a full SEO suite with your branding on top. The Agency Pack add-on adds white label for the platform and reports, 30 client seats, unlimited scheduled reporting with AI summaries and a listing in SE Ranking's agency catalog.
Clients can log in under your brand, a step beyond a branded PDF. The Core plan costs $129/month on monthly billing, and Growth ($223.20/month annually) adds automation and collaboration for multi-client work.
The honest catch is the math. A realistic white label setup is Core plus the Agency Pack, so budget around $172/month on annual terms before any extra keyword or AI module costs. It covers SEO only.
What we like- White label covers both the platform and reports
- Agency Pack includes 30 client seats
- Strong rank tracking, audits and AI search visibility tools in one place
Watch out for- White label is not included in any base plan
- The Agency Pack is annual billing only
#4BrightLocal
Best for: Agencies serving local businesses with many locations4.6/5 on
G2 (230 reviews, checked Oct 2026)
Visit brightlocal.com
Starting price$31/month (Track, billed annually) or $39/month billed monthly
Free planFree trial (14 days, no card needed)
BrightLocal is narrow on purpose. It is built for local SEO, with a local search grid that maps Google rankings across a geographic area, a citation tracker, a local rank tracker (up to 100 keywords and four competitors per location) and a newer AI visibility tracker that checks how a business shows up in ChatGPT and Google's AI.
For agencies, the useful pieces are white-labelling of tools and reports with your branding, plus an Agency Lead Generator widget you can place on your own website to capture prospects. Higher tiers are Manage ($40/month annually) and Grow ($49/month annually).
The limit is the pricing unit. BrightLocal's help center explains that cost depends on the number of active locations, so a franchise client with 40 locations behaves very differently from a single dentist. Count locations before you commit.
What we like- Local rank grids, citation tracking and listings management built for local SEO
- White-label branding across tools and reports
- Agency lead generator widget for your own site
Watch out for- Pricing scales with the number of active locations
- Less useful for agencies doing national SEO or paid media
#5DashThis
Best for: Small agencies that want polished dashboards with little setup4.7/5 on
G2 (94 reviews, checked Oct 2026)
Visit dashthis.com
Starting price$44/month (Individual, billed annually, 3 dashboards)
Free planFree trial
DashThis is the easiest way on this list to get a client-ready, unbranded dashboard live in an afternoon. Its pricing page shows the same white label features on all four plans: custom logo, custom color themes, removal of DashThis branding, a custom domain and a custom email address for automated report emails.
A "dashboard" in DashThis is one marketing report that can pull from many sources, which keeps things simple. Every plan includes unlimited users and all native integrations.
The issue is how quickly dashboard counts climb. The Individual plan covers three dashboards, and the next tiers are Professional ($139/month), Business ($279/month) and Standard ($429/month). If you need one report per client plus internal views, check which tier you will land on at 15 or 30 clients.
What we like- Full white label on every plan, including custom domain and custom sender email
- Unlimited users and all native integrations on all plans
- Preset templates speed up onboarding
Watch out for- Pricing is per dashboard, so costs jump as you add clients
- Priority support only on the two higher plans
#6Swydo
Best for: Paid media agencies with many clients and few sources per client4.7/5 on
G2 (114 reviews, checked Oct 2026)
Visit swydo.com
Starting price$69/month (first 10 data sources included)
Free planFree trial
Swydo charges for connected data sources, not clients. The $69 base fee covers the first 10 sources, then each additional source costs $4.50 (11 to 100), $3.00 (101 to 500) or $2.00 (501 and up), with about 10% off on annual billing.
That model favors PPC shops. If most clients only need Google Ads and GA4, two sources each, your bill stays low even with dozens of accounts. White labeling is included, along with branded PDF exports, custom domain hosting for dashboards, goal tracking and alerts by email or Slack.
The trade-off shows up with complex clients. A client using seven channels costs seven sources, so a small roster of full-service clients may be cheaper on a flat per-client plan.
What we like- Unlimited users, clients and reports on every plan
- Full white labeling with custom domain hosting and branded PDF exports
- Per-source rates fall as you scale
Watch out for- Agencies whose clients each run five or more platforms can pay more than per-client tools
- Fewer SEO-specific features than SEO suites
#7Sendible
Best for: Agencies that let clients log in and post or approve content themselves4.5/5 on
G2 (905 reviews, checked Oct 2026)
Visit sendible.com
Starting priceWhite label from $268/month
Free planFree trial (14 days, no card required)
Sendible fits agencies that want to sell social media software as part of a package, where some clients do their own posting and others get full management. The white label version lets you match brand colors, add your logo, adjust system emails and use your own domain, and Sendible pitches it as a way to build custom tiers for different client types.
Workspaces per brand, approval workflows, bulk scheduling and automated reports cover multi-client work, and unlimited users mean client logins do not raise the bill.
The catch is that branding sits on top of the larger plans. Sendible's pricing page lists white labelling as a paid add-on only for Elite (15 workspaces) and Enterprise (50 workspaces), and its white label FAQ starts the price at $268. US agencies should also note that live chat ends at 10pm GMT, which is mid-afternoon on the East Coast.
What we like- Unlimited users on all plans
- Branded dashboard with your logo, colors, notification emails and web domain
- Client Connect lets clients link accounts without sharing passwords
Watch out for- White label is a paid add-on limited to Elite and Enterprise
- Live chat runs on UK hours (9am to 10pm GMT)
#8SocialPilot
Best for: Budget-minded agencies that mainly need branded social reports4.5/5 on
G2 (846 reviews, checked Oct 2026)
Visit socialpilot.co
Starting price$85/month (Premium, billed annually) or $100/month billed monthly
Free planFree trial (14 days, no credit card)
SocialPilot is a value play. Premium includes 20 social accounts, 6 users, bulk scheduling, advanced analytics, client approval and white label reports, which is enough for a small agency sending branded monthly social reports.
If you want the dashboard itself under your brand, you move up to Ultimate ($200/month, or $170/month billed annually). That tier adds advanced white label, 40 social accounts, unlimited users, a dedicated account manager and migration help.
The honest weakness is the gap between the two tiers. Many agencies start on Premium expecting a fully branded client experience and discover they only get branded reports.
What we like- Low entry price for white label reports
- Client approval and bulk scheduling on Premium
- Extra social accounts cost $4/month
Watch out for- Premium covers white label reports only, while advanced white label requires Ultimate at $170/month annually
- Premium is capped at 6 users
#9
Cloud Campaign
Best for: Social media agencies that want branding included in the plan price
Visit cloudcampaign.com
Starting price$165/month (Team, billed annually) or $199/month billed monthly
Free planFree trial
Cloud Campaign is built around agencies, and it shows in the packaging. The Team plan includes 5 brand workspaces and standard white-labeling, while the Agency plan ($299/month, or $249/month annually) adds advanced white-labeling, paid social reporting, client migration and single sign-on.
According to Cloud Campaign's own comparison, the Team plan brands the client dashboard, reports and approval page, while Agency adds custom domain and custom email branding so approval links come from your domain. Unlimited users on every plan keeps team growth from inflating the bill.
The weakness is workspace math. Each additional brand workspace is billed separately, so an agency with 25 clients on Team will pay noticeably more than the headline price.
What we like- White labeling included on Team and Agency plans rather than sold as an add-on
- Unlimited users
- Agency plan adds paid social reporting and SSO
Watch out for- The Freelancer plan has no white labeling
- Extra brand workspaces cost $24 to $49/month each depending on plan and billing
How we chose
We started with a long list of marketing platforms that advertise white label options, then kept only tools that let an agency put its own branding on the product clients actually see: dashboards, reports, portals or the full app. For each one we read the vendor's current pricing page and plan comparison to confirm which tier white labeling actually starts on, what it costs and whether it is billed monthly or annually only. Tools whose current pricing we could not confirm on the vendor's own site were left off.
We then checked documentation and help-center articles for limits that affect agencies (seats, workspaces, locations, data sources), and read public reviews on G2, Capterra and Reddit for recurring complaints about support, billing and setup. Finally we weighed fit for small and mid-size US agencies, which is why per-seat pricing, contract terms and support hours carry weight in the write-ups.
What to check before you buy white label software
Decide what "white label" needs to mean for your clients
There are three levels. Branded reports (your logo on a PDF) are the cheapest and most common. Branded portals or dashboards on your own domain come next. A fully rebranded app that clients log into and that you can resell is the top level, and only HighLevel on this list is built for that. Pay only for the level your clients will notice.
Match the pricing unit to your roster
Count clients, data sources per client, locations and dashboards before you compare prices. A 30-client PPC agency with two sources per client will usually pay less on Swydo's per-source model. A 10-client full-service agency with seven channels each may pay less on AgencyAnalytics' per-client plan. Local SEO shops should price BrightLocal by location count.
Look for the custom domain and sender email
A logo is not enough if report emails still come from the vendor's address or the URL shows the vendor's name. Confirm the plan includes a custom domain (CNAME) and custom sender email. AgencyAnalytics and DashThis include both on every plan, while some social tools reserve custom domains for higher tiers.
Read the contract and billing fine print
Several add-ons are annual only, including SE Ranking's Agency Pack. HighLevel is month-to-month but adds usage fees. Ask how data export works if you leave.
Plan for setup time
Simple reporting tools like DashThis can be ready quickly. A HighLevel rollout with domains, snapshots and rebilling needs considerably more configuration before the first client logs in.
Frequently asked questions
What is white label marketing software?
It is software an agency can present to clients under its own brand, with the vendor's name and logo removed. Depending on the tool, that covers reports, dashboards, client portals or the full application. Clients see your agency's logo, colors and often your domain and email address.
Which white label marketing software is cheapest?
For branded reporting, DashThis starts at $44/month billed annually and includes full white label on that plan, though it only covers three dashboards. Swydo starts at $69/month for 10 data sources. AgencyAnalytics costs $20 per client per month on annual billing, which is cheapest for agencies with only a few clients.
Can I resell white label software at my own price?
Yes, with the right tool. HighLevel's Agency Pro plan includes SaaS Mode, which lets you sell subscriptions from your website and rebill usage with your own markup. Reporting tools like AgencyAnalytics or DashThis are usually bundled into an agency retainer rather than resold as standalone software.
Do clients know I am using a third-party tool?
Not if the setup is done well. Using a custom domain, custom sender email and your own branding removes the obvious signs. Check help links and login pages during the free trial.
Is white labeling included in the base price?
Often it is not. SE Ranking, Sendible and SocialPilot all put white labeling behind an add-on or a higher tier. AgencyAnalytics, DashThis and Swydo include it in their standard pricing, and Cloud Campaign includes it from its Team plan up.
