How we make this list: we compare pricing pages, product documentation and public user reviews. Rankite is independent; if a vendor ever pays for a featured spot, that listing is clearly labeled Partner.
Marketing teams produce ebooks, guides, videos and case studies, then watch them die as PDF attachments in email nurtures. A content experience platform fixes the presentation layer: it turns scattered assets into bingeable hubs, personalized microsites and interactive documents that keep buyers reading, then connects that engagement data to pipeline. The category splits into two jobs, and most tools lean toward one of them.
The first job is orchestration: gathering existing content into journeys, scoring engagement and feeding intent signals to sales. The second is creation: building interactive, on-brand content without waiting on designers. Knowing which problem hurts more decides the shortlist. The eight platforms below cover both sides, from enterprise orchestration to interactive content builders.

We selected platforms with a real content-experience footprint: dedicated hub, journey or interactive-content products with B2B adoption and credible review presence. Pure CMS products, generic landing page builders and email tools were excluded even when they touch content. Uberflip is not listed separately because it was acquired by PathFactory; we kept PathFactory as the surviving product. Pricing is quote-based across most of the category, so we note where trials exist rather than publishing figures we cannot verify.
Decide first whether your bottleneck is creation or orchestration. If designers are the constraint and assets look dated, start with Foleon, Turtl or Ceros. If the library is large but underused and sales cannot see engagement, start with PathFactory, Folloze or Hushly. ABM-first teams should weight Folloze and PathFactory; sales-enablement-led teams should look hard at Paperflite. In every enterprise deal, get roadmap, support continuity and data portability commitments in writing, and pilot on a real campaign with real attribution before signing a multi-year term.
