About the role

We are hiring a Junior SEO Specialist, an entry-level role for someone starting their SEO career inside a senior team, on a fully remote, global team.

Start your SEO career inside a senior team, learning the craft properly across audits, content, links and reporting.

What you will do

Support audits, keyword research and on-page optimization across client accounts
Help build reports and track rankings, traffic and conversions
Assist with content briefs, internal linking and outreach
Learn directly from senior strategists, not from a script

What we are looking for

0 to 2 years experience; an internship, portfolio or personal project counts
A genuine obsession with how search and Google work
Strong writing, curiosity and sharp attention to detail
Eager to learn fast and take ownership of your growth

Salary and benefits

This role pays $30,000 to $45,000 USD per year, set by experience. You will also get:
