How we make this list: we compare pricing pages, product documentation and public user reviews. Rankite is independent; if a vendor ever pays for a featured spot, that listing is clearly labeled Partner.
Key takeaways
- RedTrack ($99/month) and Tapfiliate ($89/month) are the cheapest entry points with published pricing; most enterprise-grade options hide pricing behind a demo.
- Event-based pricing (Voluum, Affise, Post Affiliate Pro) punishes high click volume, while flat plans (ClickMagick, Trackdesk) stay predictable as you scale.
- Everflow and PartnerStack go beyond tracking into partner management, payouts and marketplaces, which suits brands running full programs rather than solo media buyers.
- TUNE remains the default for companies that want to run their own white-label affiliate network instead of joining one.

The best affiliate marketing tracking software
#1
Voluum
Best for: media buyers running paid traffic across many sources
Visit voluum.com
Starting priceSee website
Free planNo
If you buy traffic from five different sources, you already know the problem Voluum was built to solve. Each ad platform reports its own version of the truth, and none of them agree. Voluum sits in the middle, tracking every click and conversion with server-to-server postbacks so you can compare sources on equal terms.
Plans split into Individual (Profit, Scale) and Business (Start-up through Executive) tiers, all priced by events, where an event is a visit, click, conversion or impression, with overage charges beyond your limit. The Automizer syncs costs from ad platforms and applies rules automatically, and the anti-fraud kit plus AI traffic distribution route visitors to the best-performing landers. The catch is commercial: there is no self-serve trial, you book a demo, and event billing can surprise you when a campaign takes off. Voluum earns its keep when your ad spend is large enough that a small efficiency gain pays for it many times over.
What we like- Real-time reporting with deep data per visit
- Strong automation with traffic distribution AI and anti-fraud kit
- Direct integrations with major ad platforms
Watch out for- Event-based pricing gets expensive fast at volume
- No free trial, sales process starts with a demo
#2
RedTrack
Best for: media buyers and ecommerce teams that want automation
Visit redtrack.io
Starting price$99/month
Free planFree trial (14 days)
RedTrack comes from Vilnius, Lithuania, and it behaves like a tracker built by people who actually buy media. The platform centers on automation: rules that pause losers, cost syncing with traffic sources, fraud monitoring and AI-assisted reporting come standard rather than as add-ons.
Pricing is refreshingly public at $99 per month billed monthly ($990 per year), with a 14-day free trial on every plan. For ecommerce, the one-click Shopify integration with server-side conversion APIs is a real time saver as pixel-only tracking keeps getting less reliable. Support is consistently praised, including free onboarding and help migrating campaigns from other trackers. The honest weakness is maturity: independent reviews note minor bugs fixed in frequent updates, and reporting depth trails Voluum at high volumes. For a media buyer or DTC brand that wants automation without enterprise sales calls, RedTrack is one of the best affiliate tracking platforms at this price.
What we like- Published pricing starting at $99/month
- 14-day free trial on paid plans
- Strong automation and one-click Shopify conversion API integration
Watch out for- Occasional bugs reported in user reviews
- Advanced features need higher tiers
#3
ClickMagick
Best for: affiliates and small teams that want flat, predictable pricing
Visit clickmagick.com
Starting priceSee website
Free planFree trial (14 days)
ClickMagick is the oldest-school option on this list, and that is a compliment. The Houston company has operated since 2014 with more than 122,000 accounts created, and it does one thing well: click and conversion tracking with attribution, minus the event-meter anxiety of its competitors.
The pitch is accuracy. TrueTracking code, custom tracking domains that resist ad blockers, and Click Shield bot filtering aim to give cleaner data than ad platforms report themselves. Cross-device attribution, multi-touch modeling, offline conversion tracking and call tracking cover most of what a performance marketer needs, and flat-rate pricing means your bill does not grow with your traffic. The trade-offs: click allowances per plan are modest next to Voluum or RedTrack, and the vendor updates prices from time to time, so read their pricing page directly rather than trusting a review. For solo affiliates and small ecommerce teams, ClickMagick remains a top affiliate tracking software pick for value.
What we like- Flat-rate pricing with no revenue-based fees
- Strong bot filtering and click fraud protection
- 14-day free trial with no credit card required
Watch out for- Plan prices change periodically, check the pricing page
- Reporting depth lags behind enterprise trackers
#4
Everflow
Best for: brands, agencies and networks running full partner programs
Visit everflow.io
Starting priceSee website
Free planNo
Everflow sits one level above pure tracking: it wants to run your entire partner operation. The Mountain View company, founded in 2016, serves more than 1,200 brands across affiliates, influencers, referrals and media buying, measured in one place. Everflow Pay automates global partner payouts, removing the monthly spreadsheet-and-PayPal ritual, and the curated marketplace helps you discover affiliates by vertical.
The platform is SOC 2 certified, integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads and Meta, and the team offers free data migration, including API-based moves from TUNE, Cake and HitPath. The trade-offs are commercial: no published pricing, no self-serve trial, and plans require a 6-month commitment. Everflow fits when you are committed to partnerships as a channel and want one vendor for tracking, management and payouts. If you only need to track clicks, it is more platform than you need.
What we like- All-in-one platform for tracking, partner management, payouts and discovery
- Curated affiliate marketplace
- Dedicated customer success with migration help
Watch out for- No published pricing, demo and sales call required
- 6-month minimum commitment on plans
#5
Affise
Best for: affiliate networks and agencies that prefer paying per conversion
Visit affise.com
Starting price$499/month (billed annually)
Free planFree trial (14 days)
Affise charges by conversions, not clicks, which changes the math for networks. If affiliates send high click volume with modest conversion rates, you stop paying for traffic that never converts. The Vilnius company has run this model since 2016 for advertisers, agencies and networks.
The Beginner plan is $499 per month on annual billing ($625 month-to-month), covering 7,000 conversions, 5 million impressions, 50 offers and unlimited partners and users. Higher tiers (Core, Expand, Custom) raise limits and add smartlinks that route traffic to the best-converting offer, an anti-fraud suite and Affise Pay. Every plan includes a 14-day trial. Watch the caps: 7,000 conversions runs out faster than it sounds once a network scales, and overages apply. Feature depth like caps automation and white labeling is reserved for higher tiers. For a new network wanting conversion-based billing on a purpose-built platform, Affise is a strong pick.
What we like- Conversion-based pricing instead of paying per click
- Published plans with a 14-day trial
- Strong anti-fraud, smartlinks and automation tools
Watch out for- Entry plan caps at 7,000 conversions and 5M impressions
- Higher tiers get expensive quickly
#6
TUNE
Best for: companies building their own white-label affiliate network
Visit tune.com
Starting priceSee website
Free planNo
TUNE is the platform behind some of the largest affiliate networks you have never heard of. Launched as HasOffers and later rebranded, it spent a decade becoming the default infrastructure for companies that run their own networks. Partners log into your branded portal, your domain, your rules.
The strength is customization: commission structures, reporting, invoicing, fraud rules and partner onboarding bend to your business across web and mobile, with partner relationship management and real-time reporting included. The price of that flexibility is opacity and complexity. There is no published pricing and no free trial; everything starts with a demo request, and implementation is a project, not a signup. TUNE only makes sense if running a network is a business line for you. Brands that simply want to track their own program will launch faster with Tapfiliate, Trackdesk or Post Affiliate Pro.
What we like- Fully customizable white-label platform
- Long track record with large networks
- Handles both web and mobile attribution
Watch out for- No published pricing and no free trial
- Overkill for brands that just need basic tracking
#7
PartnerStack
Best for: B2B SaaS companies building affiliate, referral and reseller programs
Visit partnerstack.com
Starting priceSee website
Free planNo
PartnerStack is not really a tracker; it is a partner program platform that happens to track well. Built for B2B SaaS, it runs affiliate, referral and reseller motions side by side, which matches how software companies actually grow. Partners get one portal, you get one dashboard, and subscription lifecycle tracking means renewals and upgrades adjust commissions automatically.
You also get access to PartnerStack's ecosystem of B2B partners already looking for software to promote. There are no caps on partners or internal users, removing the seat-tax anxiety common in SaaS pricing, and guided onboarding is included on all plans. The catch is fit and transparency: pricing is confirmed during a demo based on program size and needs, and the platform is unapologetically SaaS-focused. If you sell physical products or buy media, look elsewhere. For a B2B SaaS company serious about partnerships, few tools match it.
What we like- Runs affiliate, referral and reseller programs in one platform
- No limits on partners or internal users
- Access to a network of B2B SaaS partners
Watch out for- Pricing confirmed only during a demo
- Aimed at SaaS, less fit for ecommerce or media buyers
#8
Tapfiliate
Best for: ecommerce and SaaS brands launching their first affiliate program
Visit tapfiliate.com
Starting price$89/month
Free planFree trial (14 days)
For a Shopify store or a small SaaS app, Tapfiliate is often the shortest path to a working affiliate program. Setup is genuinely quick, with one-click integrations for Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe and 30-plus other platforms, plus a REST API and Zapier for the rest. You can be inviting affiliates within a day.
Pricing is public: Essential at $89 per month, Pro at $149 per month, Enterprise custom, all with a 14-day free trial. Essential covers unlimited affiliates and programs with 2,000 tracked conversions monthly; Pro adds custom domains, automated payouts and multi-level marketing. Multi-currency commissions, coupon tracking, lifetime and recurring commissions, and automated refund handling cover the practical details new programs discover too late. The honest limitation is recruitment: Tapfiliate is software, not a network, so you bring your own partners. For brands with an existing audience to recruit from, it is one of the best affiliate tracking platform options for launching without a sales call.
What we like- Published pricing from $89/month with a 14-day trial
- Strong Shopify and WooCommerce integrations
- White-label partner portal on higher plans
Watch out for- No built-in partner marketplace, you recruit affiliates yourself
- Click and conversion caps rise steeply with plan tiers
Starting price$89/month
Free planFree trial (30 days)
Post Affiliate Pro has been around since 2004, which in affiliate software years is roughly forever. The Slovakian company (Quality Unit) has had two decades to build integrations: 125-plus ecommerce and CMS plugins and 220-plus integrations covering Shopify, WooCommerce and nearly every cart you can name.
The Starter plan is $89 per month for 10,000 tracking requests and unlimited affiliates, with Pro at $139 and Ultimate at $269 raising limits into the millions. No contracts, no setup fees, cancel anytime. The standout is the 30-day free trial, twice the industry standard, giving you a real chance to test with live traffic. The catch is metering: a tracking request is every click, impression and conversion, so 10,000 burns faster than it sounds. Reviews also call the interface dated, and extras like audit logs cost more on lower tiers. For a small business that values stability and a month-long trial over shiny dashboards, it is dependable.
What we like- 30-day free trial, longer than most competitors
- 20-plus years in business with 125+ plugins and 220+ integrations
- No contracts or setup fees
Watch out for- Tracking requests count every click and impression, so caps burn fast
- Interface feels dated next to newer tools
#10
Trackdesk
Best for: growing programs that want transparent, flat pricing
Visit trackdesk.com
Starting price$299/month
Free planFree trial (14 days)
Trackdesk is the youngest company here, founded in 2022 in the Czech Republic, and it prices like it wants your business. Every plan includes uncapped clicks, conversions and affiliate partners, which is rare. Business at $299 per month covers 5 seats, 10 active offers and 900-plus integrations; Enterprise at $499 adds uncapped seats and offers, white labeling and full API access. An assisted 14-day free trial lets you test with real guidance.
The differentiator against other mid-market tools is the affiliate marketplace with AI matching: unlike Tapfiliate, you are not entirely on your own for recruitment. Automated payouts, coupon tracking and multi-language support round out a feature set that punches above the price, and the company claims 3,000-plus customers. The trade-off is youth: four years is short next to Post Affiliate Pro's twenty, and the entry plan's caps push growing teams to Enterprise sooner than the headline suggests. If transparent pricing and uncapped usage matter most, Trackdesk deserves a trial.
What we like- Fully published pricing with uncapped clicks and conversions on all plans
- Built-in affiliate marketplace for partner discovery
- 900+ integrations
Watch out for- Entry plan limited to 5 seats and 10 active offers
- Young company (founded 2022) with a shorter track record
How we chose
We started with each vendor's own pricing page and documentation, since that is the only place plan limits and trial terms are stated accurately. Every price and trial length above was read from the vendor's site in October 2026; where a vendor does not publish pricing, we say so instead of repeating a review site's guess. We then checked feature lists, integration directories and company backgrounds, and cross-referenced public reviews on G2, Capterra and affiliate communities for the complaints marketing pages omit. We covered the two distinct jobs in this category: tracking paid traffic as a media buyer, and running a partner program as a brand.
What to check before you sign a contract
The biggest mistake is comparing monthly prices without comparing what is counted. Some tools bill by events (Voluum), some by conversions (Affise), some by tracking requests (Post Affiliate Pro), and some charge flat fees (ClickMagick, Trackdesk). A $89 plan that counts every impression can cost more than a $299 flat plan once traffic grows. Ask each vendor exactly what increments the meter and what the overage rate is.
Second, check the attribution model. Cookie-based tracking keeps weakening as browsers restrict third-party cookies, so server-to-server postbacks and conversion APIs (like RedTrack's Shopify CAPI integration) are now essentials. Confirm the attribution window length and whether you can customize it per partner.
Third, look at payout automation. Past a handful of affiliates, manual PayPal payouts become a monthly chore and an error source. Everflow, Affise, Trackdesk and Tapfiliate automate payouts at various tiers; pure trackers like Voluum and ClickMagick generally do not, since they serve media buyers. Finally, read the contract terms: Everflow requires a 6-month commitment, Affise charges overages, Post Affiliate Pro lets you cancel anytime. Match the commercial terms to your growth stage, not just the feature list.
The pricing traps most buyers miss
Event overages are the classic trap. Voluum charges per 1,000 events beyond your plan, and an event includes impressions, which multiplies your count fast on display traffic. Affise works the same way with conversions and impressions. Model your bill at twice your current volume before committing.
The second trap is the annual discount illusion. Several vendors advertise a low monthly figure that only applies to annual billing paid upfront. Affiliate programs get shut down or rebuilt often enough that paying monthly for the first quarter, even at a higher rate, is usually the cheaper experiment.
The third trap is the demo-only price. When a vendor hides pricing, the quote depends on your perceived budget as much as the feature list. Get quotes from at least two demo-only vendors plus one published-price vendor so you have a reference point, and never sign an annual contract from a single demo without a trial or paid pilot month.
Frequently asked questions
What is affiliate tracking software?
Affiliate tracking software records which partner sent each click, which clicks became conversions, and what commission each partner earned. It replaces spreadsheets with tracking links, cookies or server-to-server postbacks, plus dashboards and usually automated payouts. Brands use it to run partner programs; media buyers use it to measure paid traffic across sources.
How much does affiliate tracking software cost?
Published entry plans run $89 to $99 per month (Tapfiliate, Post Affiliate Pro, RedTrack). Trackdesk starts at $299 per month and Affise at $499 per month on annual billing. Enterprise and network tools (Everflow, TUNE, PartnerStack, Voluum's higher tiers) use custom quotes typically starting in the high hundreds monthly. Always check what is metered, since event or conversion billing can exceed the headline price.
Do I need a tracker for a small affiliate program?
With fewer than ten affiliates on flat fees, spreadsheets and PayPal can work for a while. Once you pay per conversion, run coupon codes, or recruit partners you do not know personally, a tracker pays for itself by preventing disputes and missed payouts. Tapfiliate or Post Affiliate Pro at $89 per month is the usual starting point.
What is the difference between a tracker and an affiliate network?
A tracker is software for running your own program: you recruit affiliates, set commissions and own the data. A network (like Awin or ShareASale) is a marketplace giving you access to its publishers for network fees and revenue shares. TUNE and Everflow let you operate like a network; Tapfiliate keeps you in the software camp.
Can affiliate tracking work without cookies?
Yes, through server-to-server postback tracking and conversion APIs. The advertiser's server notifies the platform directly when a conversion happens, matched by click ID. This survives ad blockers and browser privacy restrictions, which is why serious trackers now lead with it. Confirm S2S support when evaluating tools rather than assuming it.
